These images were inspired by William Eggleston’s photograph of a freezer which we had been looking at in class a week before we were given ‘Hunger’ as a project. You can see Eggleston’s image at http://www.masters-of-photography.com/E/eggleston/eggleston_freezer.html. This idea for an image might be a bit of a cliché but I decided to use it because for me it’s a real departure from the type of images I usually take.

hi ! keeping things simple is sometimes the best way to create a shot and you have done just that . I have looked at your other Photograph and felt this was the best compostion .I think its a great idea that you have been insipired by William Eggleston's Photograph and have tryied to recreate it !
ReplyDeleteHi Ruth.
ReplyDeletelike the way you have positioned this shot. i think the simplicity is good and i see how this photograph fits with hunger, I also think it is good the way you have looked at another photographer and recreated it.
Good work.
